Terms of Service (Echo Eden Digital)
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.echoeden.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of services from Echo Eden Digital (“Echo Eden Digital,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a service division of Echo Eden Company.
By using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Brand Notice -
Echo Eden Digital operates only at www.echoeden.com and uses echoedendigital@gmail.com for customer communications. Similar domain names not controlled by us are not affiliated.
1) Services Provided
Echo Eden Digital provides digital services including, but not limited to:
Google Sites website builds (Starter Link and Domain Link packages)
Domain connection / basic DNS setup (where applicable)
Business graphics and related optional add-ons (“Add-Ons”)
We provide documented, client-directed digital services. We do not guarantee business results (e.g., sales, leads, search rankings).
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.
3) Order Reservation + Start of Work
A. Production slot reservation
Your purchase reserves a production slot on our schedule.
B. When work begins
Work begins when BOTH occur:
We receive payment, and
You submit the required intake items (business details, photos, content, and any requested links).
Once work begins, your order is considered in production.
4) Client Responsibilities (You Must Provide)
To complete your project, you agree to provide accurate and timely:
Business name, contact details, service area, hours
Services list (and pricing if you want it shown)
5–10 photos (work/products/you), plus any logo (if available)
Any links you want included (social, booking links, etc.)
Domain access/permissions if you purchased Domain Link service
If you do not provide required materials, your build may be delayed. You remain responsible for timely submission.
5) Turnaround Time
We advertise fast turnaround. Same-day build is based on:
Payment received AND
Intake content received AND
Clear, complete instructions
Delays caused by missing/incorrect information, late responses, or third-party platform issues (e.g., domain/DNS propagation, platform outages) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6) Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in your package:
One (1) revision is included.
A “revision” means a reasonable set of changes requested at one time (e.g., text edits, swapping a few images).
Additional revisions or major changes may require an additional fee.
7) Add-Ons Policy
Add-Ons are optional upgrades designed to enhance a primary package.
Add-Ons are available during checkout with a main package (Starter Link or Domain Link).
Add-On pricing is listed on the Site and may be updated at any time.
If you request work outside your selected package(s), we may quote an additional fee.
8) Payments
Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. When you pay through Stripe, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies in addition to ours.
You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected service(s), including any approved Add-Ons.
9) Refunds + Cancellations (Strict)
Echo Eden Digital operates with rapid turnaround and time-reserved production slots.
A. No refunds after work begins
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once work has started.
Work is considered started once payment is received and we begin production (including but not limited to setup, drafting, building, formatting, editing, or domain/DNS configuration steps).
B. Cancellation before work begins (limited)
If you request cancellation before work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion and may be reduced by any non-refundable processing fees charged by payment processors.
C. Chargebacks/disputes
If you file a payment dispute or chargeback after work begins, we may provide documentation of work performed, communications, and deliverables to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
10) No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee outcomes such as:
Increased sales or leads
Search ranking or SEO performance
Platform approvals or third-party processing times
Continuous uptime of Google Sites, domain registrars, or payment platforms
11) Intellectual Property + Content Rights
A. Your content
You represent that you own or have permission to use all materials you provide (photos, logos, text, trademarks). You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to perform the requested services.
B. Our materials
We retain ownership of our templates, workflows, internal systems, and non-client-specific design elements. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered website/graphics for your business.
12) Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity, including impersonation, scams, or infringement of intellectual property.
We may refuse service or terminate work if we reasonably believe a request violates law or these Terms.
A) Terms of Service Add On Clauses
1) Digital Services Acknowledgment (No Returns)
Digital Services Acknowledgment. You understand and agree that Echo Eden Digital provides custom digital services and/or digital deliverables that are created or configured specifically for you. Because services begin promptly and time is reserved, once work begins, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable, even if you later change your mind, fail to provide content, or decide not to use the delivered materials.
2) Proof of Work + Dispute Documentation
Proof of Work and Dispute Documentation. To protect against fraud and payment disputes, Echo Eden Digital may maintain work records, including timestamps, screenshots, draft links, intake communications, revision history, domain/DNS configuration steps, and/or delivered files (“Work Records”). If a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim is filed, you authorize Echo Eden Digital to submit relevant Work Records to the payment processor and/or financial institution to demonstrate services were requested and performed.
3) Authorization to Communicate Electronically
Electronic Communications. You consent to receiving communications electronically (email, platform messages, or other written communication) regarding your order, project status, required intake items, revisions, and delivery.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Echo Eden Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Echo Eden Digital harmless from claims arising from:
Your content/materials (copyright, trademark, privacy claims)
Your business practices and representations
Misuse of the Site or our deliverables
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. The Effective Date will reflect the latest version.
