Refund + Cancellation Policy (Echo Eden Digital)
Order Reservation / Start of Work
All orders reserve a production slot. Work begins once payment is received and you have provided the required intake information (business details, photos, and any requested links/content).
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund. Approved refunds may be reduced by any non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.
No Refunds After Work Begins
Because Echo Eden Digital provides fast-turnaround digital services and work begins immediately upon receipt of payment and/or intake materials, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
For most orders, work is considered started upon payment receipt because build preparation and production scheduling begins immediately.
Client Delays / Non-Responsiveness
If a project is delayed because intake materials are incomplete or you stop responding, your payment remains non-refundable. Your build will resume when the required content is received.
Revisions
Packages include the number of revisions listed on the pricing page. Additional changes beyond the included scope may require an add-on fee.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and agree to contact Echo Eden Digital first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and submission of documentation to the payment provider.
